Refund/Returns Policy

Returns

Our Returns Policy is valid for 7 days, upon receiving your purchase.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if the 7 days
are exceeded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same
condition that you received it. It must also be in the original
packaging and unopened.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Where goods are supplied correctly to order and returned by a client, a 25% handling charge will be deducted from the resulting credit note

There are certain situations where refunds will not be approved (if
applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for
reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify
you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of
payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Refunds on sale items will be to the value that the item was purchased
on the sale date.

Warranty

This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from
fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any
third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure
to follow the Supplier´s instructions, or any alteration or repair
carried out without the Supplier´s approval.

When you purchase anything from our on-line store, we collect the
personal information you give us, such as your name, address and email
address as part of our buying and selling process. When you browse our
store, we also automatically receive your computer's internet protocol
(IP) address in order to provide us with info that helps us learn about

Open Range Office Solutions has to share basic client information to a third party such as
the courier company used to deliver goods ordered on line, only the very
necessary information will be shared such as name, telephone number and

Payment options

Payment of goods ordered online can be made via, Visa, Master card,
credit cards or by bank transfer onto the Providers bank account, the
details of which will be provided at checkout point.

Credit card transactions will be acquired for the Provider via approved
payment gateways. Our payment gateways use the strictest form of
encryption and no credit card details are stored on our website.

Customer details will be stored separately from credit card details.
